For this activity, I chose to explore Google Earth. I want my students to be able to record a virtual “tour” that will complement their writing activity. The students would first complete a paper plan, complete with stops along a route from Campbell River to another town in mainland British Columbia.
My screencast demonstrates how to record a visual representation of their route. The students have the option of narrating their trip during the recording or editing in a voiceover later.
